• Muốn nhận Bí Tích Rửa Tội, Thêm sức, Rước Mình Thánh Chúa, xin liên lạc với văn phòng Giáo Xứ để biết thêm chit iết. Xin điền mẫu đơn.

• Muốn nhận Bí Tích Xức Dầu Bệnh Nhân, xin gọi văn phòng GX điện thoại: (408) 444-1770 để liên lạc một vị Linh Mục túc trực.

• Muốn nhận Bí Tích Hòa Giải, xin đến 30 phút trước mỗi Thánh Lễ Chúa Nhật hoặc lấy hẹn với một Linh mục của Giáo Xứ.

• Muốn nhận Bí Tích Hôn Phối, xin liên lạc với một Linh Mục của Giáo Xứ ít nhất là 6 tháng trước ngày dự định cưới.
